1. Turn your over iPad so the screen is facing the floor.

2. Locate the 'iPad' logo at the bottom of your iPad.

​

3. There will be two lines of small text underneath the iPad logo.

​

4. On the bottom row of text, locate the number starting with A, it will be followed by 4 letters. For example 'A1543'

5. Once located please send this to us using the chat option on the bottom right of the screen.
